Expression of Interest – Summer Camp Activities Providers
RISE Sports Academy invites academies, institutions, specialized instructors, and experts to submit an Expression of Interest to deliver engaging and high-quality activities during the 2-months RISE Summer Camp 2026, which will take place at the Arab Evangelical Episcopal School in Ramallah – Al-Tireh -
The camp targets children aged 5–11 years, with approximately 180 - 200 participants divided into 10 age-based groups. Selected partners will deliver structured sessions through a rotating schedule, allowing each group of children to experience a variety of activities throughout the camp.
Each activity provider will be responsible for delivering five sessions per day for different groups, scheduled between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Tuesdays are designated as trip days, though providers may optionally offer instructor support on campus.
The camp will run over two monthly cycles, and applicants may apply for one or both months:
Month 1: 14 June – 13 July 2026
Month 2: 14 July – 13 August 2026
Through this call, RISE seeks partners capable of providing creative, educational, and physically engaging activities that enrich children's summer experience while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and child-centered learning.
Interested applicants are requested to complete this form by submitting both a technical proposal describing the activity and a financial offer covering the full delivery of the sessions.
