RISE Basketball School - Financial and Registration Conditions

• Registration is confirmed only after filling the application and paying the fees.

• Semester Membership is a commitment until the end of the selected semester. Paying through monthly instalments does not make it a flexible monthly subscription.

• Semester renewal is not automatic and requires filling application from the parent.

• Flexible Monthly Membership renews monthly. Cancellation must be requested at least seven days before the next billing date. Otherwise, fees will be due.

• Fees must be paid by the due dates stated on the invoices (in advance of the training month). RISE may suspend participation in case of overdue payments.

• Absence due to personal circumstances, school activities, sickness, injuries or travel does not entitle the player to a refund, deduction or replacement session.

• Documented long-term medical cases will be reviewed individually by RISE management.

• Sessions cancelled by RISE will be replaced or credited when a replacement is not possible. Official holidays and scheduled breaks do not reduce the fees.

• The sibling discount applies to the second and subsequent child’s tuition fees only.

• Uniforms, camps, external tournaments, transportation and other special activities are charged separately unless stated otherwise.

By submitting the application, the parent or guardian confirms their acceptance of these conditions.

يُعتبر التسجيل مؤكدًا فقط بعد تعبئة طلب التسجيل وتسديد الرسوم.

يُعد اشتراك الفصل التزامًا حتى نهاية الفصل المختار، ولا يؤدي دفع الرسوم على أقساط شهرية إلى تحويله إلى اشتراك شهري مرن.

لا يتم تجديد اشتراك الفصل تلقائيًا، بل يتطلب من ولي الأمر تعبئة طلب تسجيل جديد.

يُجدّد الاشتراك الشهري المرن شهريًا. ويجب تقديم طلب الإلغاء قبل موعد الفاتورة التالية بسبعة أيام على الأقل، وإلا تصبح رسوم الشهر التالي مستحقة.

يجب تسديد الرسوم في مواعيد الاستحقاق المحددة في الفواتير، ومقدمًا عن الشهر التدريبي. ويحق لرايز تعليق مشاركة اللاعب في حال التأخر في الدفع.

لا يترتب على الغياب بسبب الظروف الشخصية أو الأنشطة المدرسية أو المرض أو الإصابة أو السفر أي استرداد أو خصم للرسوم أو تعويض عن الحصص الفائتة.

تتم دراسة الحالات الطبية طويلة الأمد والموثقة بشكل فردي من قبل إدارة رايز.

يتم تعويض الحصص التي تلغيها رايز، أو منح رصيد مالي عند تعذّر التعويض. ولا يترتب على العطل الرسمية وفترات الاستراحة المحددة تخفيض في الرسوم.

يُطبّق خصم الإخوة على الرسوم التدريبية للطفل الثاني وما يليه فقط.

تُحتسب رسوم الزي الرياضي والمخيمات والبطولات الخارجية والمواصلات والأنشطة الخاصة بشكل منفصل، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

من خلال تقديم طلب التسجيل، يؤكد ولي الأمر موافقته على هذه الشروط.
